Is there a membership fee to join CelebrityTables.com?

Absolutely not! At CelebrityTables.com all members join our site for free and each member has the opportunity to utilize our service equally.

Will the reservation I purchased be under my name?

All reservations purchased will be under a different name which will be sent to you in the confirmation email. We recommend that you do not attempt in any way to alter information about the reservation including the name, date, time or any other relevant details. CelebrityTables.com is not responsible for any reservations that are not honored due to attempted alteration.

What restaurants will be available?

The CelebrityTables.com team is constantly on the look-out for the newest openings and most coveted restaurants around. We are continuously updating our list of restaurants to fulfill all your needs and expectations.

Does CelebrityTables.com offer a refund on reservations that were purchased and weren't used or canceled?

All purchases are considered final. Buyers also are encouraged to obey any dress code or rules the restaurant may have. Although customer service is our highest priority. We are not responsible for patrons who are denied entry due to dress code. We are also not responsible if you are not satisfied with the menu.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal.

Do I mention CelebrityTables.com to the host/hostess when arriving at the restaurant?

CelebrityTables.com is a secondary online reservation service and is not affiliated with all of the restaurants listed on our site. For this reason we recommend that you do not mention our name to a host/hostess upon entry to the restaurant.

Can the number of people in the party be changed for any reservation? Example: Can a four be converted into a party of two or six?

Yes! In most cases restaurants will accomodate a change in party providing they are notified in advance. However, there are some restaurants that do not allow for a change in party. We recommend that after purchasing the reservation and receiving the details you try calling the restaurant in advance with the name reserved and explain to them that you would like it changed to accomodate the correct number in your party.
